Accepting these terms

By using motorcyclearcade.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

What you may do

Play every game on this site, as much as you like, for free, without registering. Share links to any page. Write about the games, stream them, record them, make videos about them — all fine, and a credit and a link is appreciated rather than required.

What you may not do

• Copy the games, the game engine, the artwork or the written content wholesale and republish it as your own, or host our games on another domain
• Remove or obscure attribution, or present this site's content as your own work
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people, or attempt to bypass rate limits and protections
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or anything connected to it
• Use the site to distribute malware, or to do anything unlawful

Reading our source to learn from it is not on that list, and is welcome. The site is deliberately written in plain, readable JavaScript.

Intellectual property

The games, game engine, physics library, artwork, page designs and written content on this site are our own original work and remain our property. No trademark, logo, model name or design belonging to any motorcycle manufacturer is used anywhere on this site, and no game here is affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from any vehicle brand.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email hello@motorcyclearcade.xyz with enough detail to identify the material and we will investigate promptly.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that every game works perfectly in every browser, that the site is always available, or that your scores will survive a browser update. Scores are stored in your browser and can be lost by clearing site data, switching device or using private browsing.

We try hard to make the site work everywhere and we fix reported bugs, but a free browser game is not a service with an uptime guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost scores, lost time or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links and advertising

The site may link to other websites and may display advertising served by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link or an advertisement takes you to somebody else's terms and privacy policy.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time, and clearing site data removes everything it has stored about you. We may restrict access to anyone who abuses the site in the ways listed above.

Governing law
